Great experience with these guys, gave me a call a whole week earlier than when I was originally booked in as they had some time to take care of my job. The tech was able to solve a few problems on the fly and even though what I originally wanted wasn't feasible, the solution they came up with probably works a little better than the original idea.
Quick, efficient and Professional! Our internet went completely down and being a retail store, we run on internet! These guys fixed it in under a day..whereas our old comms tradie is still trying to figure it out..These guys are amazing, don't bother calling anyone else!!
Edit: I can confirm that I was not informed of the $20 cost by Telecom Today before giving the go ahead for the socket. I contacted my service provider again and they agreed to refund the technician cost. I've updated the review to reflect that.Original review: I had a visit by a technician to diagnose internet issues. The technician was friendly, arrived on time, and accurately diagnosed the fault. However I do not feel I can trust Telecom Today.During the diagnosis, the technician asked if I'd like my wall mount switched in case it helped the internet issue. I agreed, assuming it was part of the pre-agreed cost. It made no difference to the internet issue, and I only found at the end that there was an extra $20 charge.I was also advised by the technician that my service provider Telstra would pay part of the cost I paid to Telecom Today. I contacted Telstra, who said this was not done. I then emailed Telecom Today asking about this, and got no response.
