This is the second time Telecom Today came to our rescue. First our service provider had an internet service problem and took days without fixing it. It took Telecom today just half an hour to fix it. This time water got into the phone lines again fixed, quickly and courteously.We can not recommend Telecom Today Enough

Edit: I can confirm that I was not informed of the $20 cost by Telecom Today before giving the go ahead for the socket. I contacted my service provider again and they agreed to refund the technician cost. I've updated the review to reflect that.Original review: I had a visit by a technician to diagnose internet issues. The technician was friendly, arrived on time, and accurately diagnosed the fault. However I do not feel I can trust Telecom Today.During the diagnosis, the technician asked if I'd like my wall mount switched in case it helped the internet issue. I agreed, assuming it was part of the pre-agreed cost. It made no difference to the internet issue, and I only found at the end that there was an extra $20 charge.I was also advised by the technician that my service provider Telstra would pay part of the cost I paid to Telecom Today. I contacted Telstra, who said this was not done. I then emailed Telecom Today asking about this, and got no response.

Phil is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly technician and he was able to repair the lines for our internet and get it up to the fastest working speed so that it is ready for NBN. The work that he and his apprentice did was excellent and the internet has been running very smoothly over the last few days. The service from Telecom Today was exemplary and I highly recommend them to anyone needing internet repairs or looking to achieve the best speeds that they can out of their home internet.
