I was struggling to make the most of my internet service, had multiple networks. Phil responded to my initial contact promptly, arranged a time and kept me well informed prior to attending. Phil arrived timely and was keen to assist. Phil went above and beyond to ensure he maximised the internet potential and would not leave until my total house and office network was complete. His pricing was very reasonable and he ensured his pricing was competitive. Received amazing service from Phil of Telecom Today. He arrived very quickly after I requested assistance, knew exactly what to do and fixed my immediate problems extremely efficiently. At my invitation, he suggested possible cost effective solutions to my longer term needs with pros, cons and costs and, on agreeing on my preferred option, he ordered and collected what was required from a nearby supplier and installed it immediately saving me the cost of a return visit. He was calm, courteous, helpful, appropriately proactive and truly professional. I couldn’t recommend him too highly.

I highly recommend. I had issues for over a month when i moved into an older style apartment with no internet. I called at 12 pm to request someone come to help when they could . I said i will be home at 4pm, he said i can be there. I didn't think i could get same day service. Phil fixed the issue with expertise very quickly. He then helped to set up all services that i am paying for, even help retrieve passwords. Origin wouldn't help even though you sign with them on a contract. Honestly i just needed help with this as it can be confusing. I like to use local business support them. I kive in the Sutherland Shire. 5 stars from me Thanks Phil

I rang Phil early one Saturday morning as my internet had mysteriously stopped working. He rang me back immediately, despite the early hour, and was able to solve my problem over the phone in less than three minutes. He is very professional and generous with his time.
